Aftercare Advice

Everyone is different and may ‘react’ differently to a massage – to help avoid any possible side effects please take note of the following:

  • Rest and relax, so the body can heal sufficiently
  • Drink water or herbal tea to help speed up toxin removal and reduce any possible side effects
  • Avoid smoking/alcohol for 24 hours to avoid reintroduction of toxins into the body
  • Eat a light, healthy meal to help continue the healing process
  • You may experience some stiffness/soreness for 24 hrs after a deeper massage – this is normal!
  • Try to warm up before skiing and stretch afterwards
  • Allow yourself to feel good!
